De mand heeft een inhoud van 60 liter en kan tot 20 tot 30 kg dragen. Genoeg ruimte voor een flinke voorraad haardhout, een stapel dekens of een lading speelgoed.
De mand is veelzijdig inzetbaar als houtmand naast de open haard, opbergmand voor dekens of plaids in de woonkamer, of als speelgoedmand in de kinderkamer. Door het tijdloze antracietkleurige ontwerp past hij in vrijwel elk interieur.
Nee, de mand heeft een zachte viltbodem die geen krassen achterlaat op houten, stenen of PVC vloeren. Hierdoor kun je de mand zonder zorgen verplaatsen, ook als hij volledig is gevuld.
De mand is primair voor binnengebruik. Hij kan tijdelijk op een droge en beschutte plek buiten staan, bijvoorbeeld onder een overkapping. Vilt is niet waterdicht, dus stel de mand niet bloot aan regen of vocht.
Reinig de mand met een licht vochtige doek. Niet onderdompelen in water en niet in de wasmachine gebruiken. Voor diepere vlekken kun je een mild reinigingsmiddel gebruiken en daarna goed laten drogen op kamertemperatuur.
Ja, de mand is gemaakt van dik en vormvast vilt dat rechtop blijft staan, ook bij intensief gebruik. Tip: laat de mand de eerste dagen uitvormen met wat inhoud erin zodat hij volledig in model komt.
