The Netherlands: Will you place your order with us before 11 p.m.? We will then ship it the same day and your order will be delivered the next day! (Monday to Friday) Ordered Saturday & Sunday? = At home on Tuesday.
Belgium: Ordered before 7:00 PM = delivered the next day! (No delivery on weekends)
Germany: A shipment to Germany takes 1-2 working days.
Unfortunately, postal services may be delayed. Once you have received the track and trace, the responsibility lies with the postal services. We apologize if there are any delays, but we ask for your patience. If a shipment takes longer than 1 week (or 72 hours within the Netherlands), please contact our customer service.
We charge €3.95 for shipping an order. (Belgium €5.95)(Germany €7.95) We understand that this may cause disappointment during checkout. However, it has every webshop to reimburse shipping costs. Our products are therefore not included in shipping costs, so you do not pay twice if you order multiple products. This has been deliberately chosen so that the customer can order multiple products with one-off shipping costs. From an amount of €50 we will bear the shipping costs.
What do we do with the shipping costs?
It goes without saying that shipping is not free. We use your shipping costs to pay for our transmission speed to keep high. We use one professional team who work hard every working day to ship orders from our warehouse. This allows us to give you as a customer the opportunity to order until 11 p.m. (in the Netherlands) and the to have it at home the next day. And we also have close cooperation with German and Belgian postal services to keep speeds high.
Track and Trace
All our shipments are linked to a Track and Trace code. You will receive this by email after your order has been packed. It may take a while before your tracking code is active. (maximum 24 hours) You can enter the Track and Trace code on the pages of the indicated carrier.
