Warranty Terms

For all products under the PyroProducts brand, we provide a voluntary manufacturer's warranty subject to the following conditions.

Scope and duration of the warranty

We provide a warranty of one year from the date of purchase on all products under the PyroProducts brand within the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany. The warranty covers free replacement of the product in the event of material or workmanship defects, as well as functional failures during normal use – without you having to prove the cause of the fault. If replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, dropping or impact, or normal wear parts (e.g. flints).

How to make a warranty claim

Send an email to info@pyroproducts.nl with your order number, a brief description of the fault, and photos or a short video of the defect. You will receive a reply within 2 working days. If the warranty claim is valid, we will send a free replacement product or refund the purchase price. Returning the defective product is usually not required.

Your statutory rights

Regardless of this warranty, you are entitled to your statutory rights in the event of defects (in particular repair, replacement, withdrawal from the contract, price reduction, and damages). These statutory rights apply for two years from delivery, are free of charge to you, and are not restricted by this warranty.
